We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We do ship directly from our warehouse, so it is always quick to ship.
Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours". These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.
In case, we don't have the item in stock, our team will try to find that for you from suppliers. In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilise our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Return & Exchanges
We understand cyclist being a cyclist and always try to help you in all the cases.
If you receive a product with damaged packaging from a courier partner, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, so that the liability does not shift to you. We will handle returns and exchanges for all the items that come to you with intact packaging.

In case of, Any functioning defect, Wrong item received, Damaged item (missing/broken part), Call our support number within 48 hours and we'll help with the return setup.
Size issue, Call us within 48 hours and get an exchange. If the desired size is not available then get store credit. Size is considered wrong if it does not match the description on the site. Read the size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancellation, you may do so if it is not shipped yet and get refund.
Shipped Items cannot be returned unless they meet the condition below

Have original, unripped packaging (the courier bag may be ripped)

All refunds/exchanges/store credit etc will be processed after the item is received by us, If the issue is seen as valid and the product is deemed to be in a resell-able condition.
If you report an issue after 48 hours of receiving the item, it will be treated as a warranty issue.
Our team will help facilitate genuine warranty cases with our suppliers or help you connect with their official representatives in India for direct resolution of the problem if required.
For any dispute with warranty resolution we recommend contacting the brand directly.

We are always available to help but its a mutual understanding that we are a retailer and we don't handle the warranty. All the warranties and respective handling is either done by brand or the distributor of the product. Please make note of this while talking to us so we can help with all possible cases we can.
